1.Acceptance of Terms

2.Account Registration

To access the full features of q780 — including sports betting on cricket and PSL matches, slots, live casino and deposits — you must register for an account. You are responsible for ensuring this information remains accurate and up to date.

• Deposits must be made from accounts or wallets registered in your own name.

Withdrawals from your q780 account balance are processed in PKR to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. 7.Sports Betting Rules

The q780 betting section covers cricket including PSL fixtures, Pakistan internationals, T20 competitions and Test matches, as well as football, esports and other international sports. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet placement.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on q780:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not available except in circumstances where q780 determines that a market was offered in error or at incorrect odds due to a technical fault.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's settlement rules published in the betting rules section of the platform.
• For cricket matches that are affected by weather, DLS method results are used for settlement where the official competition uses DLS. q780 follows the official match result for settlement in all cases.
• Live in-play bets are placed at the odds available at the moment of acceptance. q780 cannot guarantee that all in-play bet requests will be accepted during periods of rapid odds movement.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• q780 reserves the right to limit stake amounts on specific accounts or markets where unusual betting patterns are detected.

8.Casino and Slots

The q780 casino section includes slots from third-party game providers and live casino games including Baccarat, Roulette and Blackjack. All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for slots and automated table games, and licensed live dealer streams for the live casino section.

• Casino game results are final once the game round is completed. Disputed results must be raised with q780 support within 72 hours of the session in question.
• In the event of a technical fault mid-game, the round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to your account balance.
• Progressive jackpot winnings are paid in full in PKR as a single transaction unless the jackpot amount exceeds payment provider single-transaction limits, in which case multiple transfers will be made.

9.Prohibited Conduct

10.Account Suspension and Closure

q780 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failed identity verification, prohibited conduct as described in Section 9, or where q780 determines that continued operation of the account presents a risk to platform integrity.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation results in account closure due to a confirmed breach, balances associated with the breach may be forfeited. Any legitimate real money balance not connected to a breach will be returned to the account holder through the verified payment method on file.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting q780 support. Any remaining real money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to your verified payment account. Active bonus balances are forfeited on voluntary account closure.

11.Privacy and Data
